Lexus Edinburgh is owned by the Eastern
Western Motor Group, who have been established in Edinburgh
for over 70 years and who specialise in prestige cars.
Lexus is the newest addition the Eastern Western stable
and was first opened in January 2000. Ian Reynolds heads
the operation and has worked in prestige car sales for
12 years.
Getting Lexus established in Edinburgh has been a great challenge
and Ian has an excellent team to support him in this.
Together they aim to provide the best service in the
motor industry, whether buying a new or used car, getting
your car serviced or replacing a light bulb - all customers
are just as important to us. Lexus Edinburgh have a
large area of responsibility, being one of only three
dealers in Scotland. We look after Edinburgh, the Lothians,
Central Scotland, Perthshire, Falkirk, Stirling, the
Borders and Fife. The dealership's travel links are
superb, being located at junctions off both the M8 and
M9 motorways as well as being just one mile west of
Edinburgh airport.
From the moment you walk into our new Lexus Centre through our
unique 'Entrance Statement', it will quickly become
obvious that you are entering a car showroom like no
other. Every aspect of it is completely customer focused
- a unique environment designed to perfectly complement
Lexus cars. The centre point of this is our Lexus Lounge,
designed very much like a first class airport lounge
and staffed by Tracy Turner, our Centre Host. No matter
what the reason for your visit, Tracy will be on hand
to provide you with a selection of soft drinks, reading
material or select the channel of your choice on our
state-of-the-art Bang & Olufson television.
The gloss black floor tiles allow you to inspect not only the
top side of each Lexus model on display, but also the
underside and the extravagant lighting effects allow
the various colour effects in the lustrous paint finishes
to really shine through. A fully climate controlled
'air curtain' has been installed to keep the quality
of the air fresh and at a constant temperature no matter
what the conditions are outside.
Bang & Olufson are also responsible for the stunning clarity of
our new sound system. This uses a wall mounted CD changer
to play calming classical and jazz music through concealed
speakers in the ceiling, adding to the atmospheric ambience.
If you would rather work than relax then we have phone,
fax & e-mail links available for you to keep in contact
with whoever you need to.
