Western Saab is part of the prestigious Eastern Western Motor Group and have been in partnership with Saab since the 1980's. In 1988 the business moved to its current location of Balcarres Street in Morningside, Edinburgh. From this base Western Saab has grown steadily and now caters for Saab owners and drivers in The Lothians, Glasgow, Fife and North East England.

1999 saw major expansion for Western Saab with the opening of the UK's only dedicated Approved Used Saab Centre at West Mains Road in Edinburgh. This investment enabled us to offer a much larger selection of premium quality used Saabs and also helps to alleviate parking pressure on the ever busier Balcarres Street site.

In February 1999 Western also acquired the Saab franchise for the Newcastle area. Our superb premises to the north of the city gives us an excellent Saab centre for the North East, including Durham, Sunderland and Newcastle-upon-Tyne itself. In addition to this we have since acquired Western Saab sites in both Glasgow and Perth.

In all locations, Western Saab's philosophy is simply to provide excellent service to our customers, from buying a part to considering complex vehicle funding options. We believe our staff make the difference and are proud to have Investors in People status.
