Please note we expect to be very busy when we re-open and will work to accommodate all customers’ requirements on a fair and equitable basis. Our lead times may be longer than normal as a result of the enforced closure period so please bear with us while we catch up with looking after all of our customers.

As most drivers will be doing very limited mileages for the foreseeable future, the likelihood of recall components causing undue concern is lower than normal. Therefore, we aim to complete outstanding recalls for our customers when we re-open. However, if you would like to discuss any recalls on your MINI vehicle sooner, please email your local branch using the address below and we will contact you as soon as we can.
Please contact your nearest branch using the email address below, detailing your vehicle registration number and the nature of the issue you would like us to check.
If we can record your concern whilst your vehicle is still in warranty we will work with MINI GB to carry out the warranty claim for you if it is a covered item and your warranty is still valid and within the allowed mileage limit. Please note that we will not be able to check your car, advise on the coverage and carry out the repair if you wish us to do so until we re-open.
