Business & Fleet Customers are offered fault investigation and diagnosis within 1 hour of arrival without an appointment.
Service lead times
For Business & Fleet Customers we offer a maximum 5 day lead time for schedule servicing. Maximum 3 days lead time for mechanical repairs.
Collection and Delivery
Business & Fleet Customers are offered Collection and Delivery (or Drop-off) with a minimum 5 days’ notice.
Out of Hours Scheduled Servicing
Business & Fleet Customers are offered Out of Hours Scheduled Servicing, i.e. drop off after 5pm and collect the following morning at 9am. With a minimum of 5 days’ notice
