WWhat's more, our smart breakdown cover also protects you whilst aboard, should you wish to take your smart on holiday.
All you need to do to use your smart breakdown cover with Eastern Western is to ring our UK number – 00800 2 777 7777 and provide your location, personal details, contact details, vehicle mileage, model, registration number and what the issue is (if you’re able to). This will help our Customer Assistance Centre decide whether the vehicle can be safely driven to the nearest Mercedes-Benz Official Workshop, needs to be booked in for a workshop repair at a later date, or requires roadside assistance.
