Audi has unveiled the new A2 e-tron, a compact fully electric model designed to combine outstanding efficiency, everyday practicality and the latest Audi technology.
Set to become the new entry point into Audi electric mobility, the A2 e-tron offers a range of up to 401 miles (WLTP) and is the most efficient Audi model to date, with energy consumption from just 12.8 kWh/100 km.
The A2 e-tron has been developed with efficiency at its core. Its clean, aerodynamic design achieves a drag coefficient of just 0.24, the best in Audi's compact line-up.
Despite its compact dimensions, the A2 e-tron has been designed to provide a spacious and comfortable interior, with clever storage solutions and a boot capacity of 396 litres, increasing to 1,336 litres with the rear seats folded.
Customers will be able to choose from 52 kWh, 61 kWh and 84 kWh battery options, alongside four different power outputs ranging from 170 PS to 326 PS.
Depending on the version selected, the A2 e-tron offers up to 401 miles of WLTP range.
Rapid charging of up to 183 kW is available, with a 10 to 80 per cent charge taking as little as 24 minutes, depending on the battery.
Inside, the A2 e-tron features Audi's latest digital technology, including an 11.9-inch Audi virtual cockpit plus and 12.8-inch curved MMI touch display as standard.
A comprehensive range of driver assistance technology is also included, with features such as adaptive cruise control, emergency brake assist, swerve assist, parking system plus and a reversing camera.
The A2 e-tron also supports bidirectional charging, allowing the vehicle's battery to power compatible external devices through Vehicle-to-Load technology.
The new Audi A2 e-tron is manufactured at Audi's Ingolstadt plant in Germany.
UK order books are due to open in October 2026, with the first customer deliveries expected in early 2027. UK prices will start from £32,200 OTR.
