Personal Contract Hire : Audi Personal Contract Hire (PCH) – Terms and Conditions (UK) 1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the Personal Contract Hire (PCH) offer advertised by Eastern Western (“we”, “us”, “our”). By proceeding with an application or entering into an agreement, you (“the customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these terms. This offer is subject to status and availability and is only available to UK residents aged 18 or over. 2. Regulatory Compliance Eastern Western is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We operate in accordance with all applicable FCA rules, including the Consumer Credit Sourcebook (CONC). We act as a credit broker and not a lender. We introduce customers to Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Limited, who act as the lender and finance provider for this agreement. We may receive a commission for introducing you to the finance provider. The nature and amount of commission may vary depending on the lender and the terms of the agreement. You have the right to request further information about this. 3. Finance Provider Finance is provided by Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Limited (company number 02889819), registered office: Brunswick Court, Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5LR. Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. 4. Nature of the Agreement Personal Contract Hire is a vehicle leasing agreement. You will not own the vehicle at the end of the contract. At the end of the agreement, the vehicle must be returned in accordance with the contract terms. 5. Offer Details All advertised rentals: • Are based on a fixed contract term (e.g. 24, 36, or 48 months) • Include an agreed annual mileage limit • Require an initial rental (typically expressed as a multiple of the monthly rental) The specific details of each offer (including vehicle model, specification, mileage, and rental amounts) will be clearly stated in the advertisement. 6. Pricing and Payments • Rentals are payable monthly in advance by direct debit • The initial rental must be paid prior to vehicle delivery • All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated • Prices are correct at time of publication but may change without notice and are subject to availability Failure to maintain payments may result in termination of the agreement and additional charges. 7. Credit Approval All applications are subject to status and credit approval by Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Limited. A credit search will be conducted, which may affect your credit profile. 8. Vehicle Availability and Delivery • Vehicles are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed • We are not liable for delays outside of our control 9. Mileage and Excess Charges • The agreement includes a fixed mileage allowance • Excess mileage will be charged at the rate specified in your agreement • Charges will apply at the end of the contract 10. Maintenance, Insurance, and Use You are responsible for: • Maintaining the vehicle in accordance with manufacturer guidelines • Ensuring the vehicle is insured at all times • Using the vehicle in line with the agreement terms The vehicle must not be used for prohibited purposes (e.g. racing, hire or reward unless expressly permitted). 11. Fair Wear and Tear At the end of the agreement, the vehicle will be inspected. Charges may apply for damage beyond fair wear and tear in accordance with recognised industry standards (e.g. BVRLA Fair Wear and Tear Guidelines). 12. Early Termination If you terminate the agreement early, termination charges will apply. These are typically based on a proportion of the remaining rentals and will be detailed in your agreement. 13. End of Contract At the end of the agreement: • The vehicle must be returned • A collection will be arranged • Additional charges may apply for excess mileage or damage 14. Cancellation Rights You may have the right to cancel your agreement within 14 days of signing the finance agreement under UK consumer credit legislation. Installation is provided by an approved supplier and is limited to standard installations at residential properties in mainland UK. Non-standard installation requirements—including but not limited to additional cabling, groundworks, consumer unit upgrades, or parking arrangements—may incur additional costs payable by the customer. The offer is subject to survey and approval by the installation provider. Customers must have suitable off-street parking and meet all necessary electrical and property requirements. The charger is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
