Mazda’s flagship SUVs—the 2026 Mazda CX-60 and 2026 Mazda CX-80—will arrive in the UK next summer featuring a wide range of enhancements. The updates further strengthen both models’ position at the top of Mazda’s premium SUV line-up.
While the refined and elegant design of the CX-60 and CX-80 remains unchanged, Exclusive-Line grades receive new 20-inch alloy wheels. These replace the former 18-inch design, with the CX-60 adopting a metallic silver finish and the CX-80 a bright silver version, both contributing to a more striking appearance.
Mazda’s popular Polymetal Grey paint colour also joins the CX-60 and CX-80 ranges for the first time.
Inside, both updated models continue to showcase Mazda’s commitment to high-quality craftsmanship, featuring a harmonious blend of real maple wood, Nappa leather, and Japanese textiles—all reflecting the brand’s “Crafted in Japan” philosophy.
For 2026, the Homura and Homura Plus variants of the CX-60 and CX-80 introduce a new tan interior option. This features quilted Nappa leather seats, a two-tone leather steering wheel, and a suede-look dashboard. In addition, noise-insulating front-door glass is now standard across all trim levels to improve cabin refinement.
Building on their established Euro NCAP 5-star rating, both SUVs now include Driver Emergency Assist (DEA) as standard. Working in tandem with Driver Monitoring, the system detects sudden medical emergencies, slows the vehicle, brings it safely to a stop, and automatically unlocks the doors to assist first responders.
The 2026 CX-60 also adopts several safety and driver-assistance features first seen in the CX-80. These include:
Additional advanced systems—such as Cruising & Traffic Support with Unresponsive Driver Support and Smart Brake Support Rear Crossing—are also available.
The 2026 models introduce Amazon Alexa in-car voice recognition, offering natural voice control for navigation, entertainment, and connected vehicle features.
The CX-60 further benefits from a new hybrid navigation system, featuring enhanced route calculations, point-of-interest search, and seven years of free map updates.
Diesel-powered versions of both the CX-60 and CX-80 now meet Euro 6e-bis emissions standards and are approved for HVO100 (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) fuel. This cleaner, renewable fuel option supports Mazda’s ongoing commitment to sustainability.
With upgraded materials, extended safety systems, advanced connectivity, and enhanced eco-friendly options, the 2026 Mazda CX-60 and CX-80 continue to embody Mazda’s blend of sophistication, performance, and premium craftsmanship.
