Crafted with Mazda’s “Authentic Modern” design philosophy, the Mazda6e stands as a testament to refined, forward-thinking design. Its sleek, fastback saloon silhouette is more than just eye-catching—it's a statement of intent. A short rear deck adds a sporty saloon feel, while the five-door hatchback format ensures unmatched versatility.
“The exterior is a true expression of our design vision,” says Jo Stenuit, Director of Mazda’s European Design Studio. “It’s a harmony of contrasts—light and shadow, sharp and soft—that captures dynamic motion in a still form.”
Mazda’s signature “Kodo – Soul of Motion” design language shines through with fluid surfaces and a low, elegant stance. The sculpted Aero-Fusiform shape and speedboat-inspired door panels create an aerodynamic, flowing profile that radiates sophistication. At the rear, four distinctive cylindrical taillights nod to Mazda’s rich design heritage, while the frameless doors and integrated handles offer a sleek, uninterrupted finish.
Adding to its visual drama is Mazda’s first illuminated signature wing, glowing with dynamic light animation that doubles as a charging indicator—blending beauty and function effortlessly. An electrically extendable rear spoiler ensures aerodynamic performance at higher speeds, delivering both form and function.
Step inside the Mazda6e and discover a sanctuary of calm and clarity. Rooted in the Japanese concept of “ma”—the power of empty space—the interior design embraces minimalism without sacrificing functionality.
A floating horizontal dashboard stretches gracefully across the cabin, complemented by a prominent centre console that enhances driver focus. The panoramic glass roof floods the space with natural light, creating a bright, open atmosphere. Ambient lighting with 64 customisable colours adds a warm, premium touch to every journey.
Every detail inside the Mazda6e has been carefully considered. From the mono-form front seats with integrated headrests to the choice of sophisticated materials—such as Beige or Black artificial leather in the Takumi trim, or luxurious Tan Nappa leather and Suede cloth in Takumi Plus—this is an interior that invites relaxation and connection.
Subtle satin chrome accents, precise stitching, and tactile finishes come together to reflect the craftsmanship that defines Mazda.
