Terms and Conditions
1. Finance product Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) finance agreement provided by Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Limited.
2. Eligibility Applicants must be 18 or over, UK residents, and subject to status and affordability checks.
3. Credit approval Finance is subject to application, status, and approval. Guarantees and indemnities may be required.
4. Offer availability Available on selected new Audi vehicles ordered between 1/05/2026 and 30/06/2026.
5. Deposits & payments Deposit contributions (if applicable) may be varied or withdrawn at any time.
6. Mileage & condition Excess mileage and vehicle condition charges may apply at the end of the agreement.
7. End of agreement options At the end of the PCP agreement, you may: o Return the vehicle (subject to terms and mileage) o Pay the optional final payment to own the vehicle o Part-exchange for a new vehicle
8. Ownership You will not own the vehicle until all payments, including the optional final payment, have been made.
9. Early termination Early termination fees may apply. You may have rights under the Consumer Credit Act to voluntarily terminate.
