We’re delighted to share some exciting news for electric car drivers and future owners!
A number of Volkswagen ID.3, ID.4 and ID.5 models now qualify for the UK Government’s Electric Car Grant (Band 2), giving you a £1,500 saving automatically applied to your new vehicle purchase.
There’s no need to fill out any forms or submit an application.
When you order an eligible Volkswagen ID. model, the £1,500 grant will be automatically deducted from the retail invoice. Your chosen Volkswagen Retailer will handle all the details and submit the order to claim the grant funding on your behalf.
Selected versions of the ID.3, ID.4 and ID.5 fall within the Government’s Band 2 criteria, meaning their final on-the-road price (including options and VAT) is below £42,000.
High-performance variants such as the GTX may not be eligible due to their higher list price.
