From 2 February 2026, the Volkswagen Passenger Car businesses in Dunfermline and Kirkcaldy will officially become part of the Western Volkswagen family. Both locations will continue to operate from their existing sites, now proudly under the Western Volkswagen name.
For our customers, it’s very much business as usual — the same familiar teams, the same expert knowledge, and the same high standards of service, now supported by the wider Western Volkswagen network.
In Dunfermline, our service centre has moved just around the corner from our Approved Used showroom, making it easier and more convenient to access both sales and aftersales support locally.
We’re also pleased to share plans for a new Western Volkswagen Aftersales and Approved Used Cars location in Coldstream, helping us better support customers in the local area. Further details will be announced soon.
