A familiar name enters a new era. The new ID. Polo brings one of Volkswagen’s most successful models into the electric age, combining clear design, everyday practicality and advanced technology with strong value for money.
Designed and developed in Wolfsburg, the all-electric ID. Polo reimagines what a compact car can be. It offers impressive space, intuitive technology and a driving experience shaped for modern life.
The ID. Polo is compact on the outside but remarkably spacious within. Thanks to its efficient front-wheel drive layout, it comfortably seats five while offering more luggage space than many cars in the class above. With up to 441 litres of boot capacity, expanding to 1,240 litres with the rear seats folded, it is as practical for weekend plans as it is for city driving.
With a choice of three power outputs and two battery sizes, the ID. Polo delivers flexibility to suit different needs. It offers a driving range of up to 454 km (WLTP) and supports rapid charging from 10 to 80 per cent in around 25 minutes. One-pedal driving and vehicle-to-load functionality come as standard, allowing you to power devices on the go.
Inside, the ID. Polo is designed around the driver. A 10-inch Digital Cockpit and a centrally positioned 13-inch infotainment display create a clean, modern layout that is easy to use. Physical controls remain for key functions, striking the right balance between digital innovation and everyday usability.
Advanced features include the latest generation of Travel Assist, with the ability to respond to traffic lights, alongside a wide range of driver assistance systems as standard.
The ID. Polo is the first production model to fully embrace Volkswagen’s new design language. Clean lines, strong proportions and distinctive lighting give it a confident, modern presence while staying true to Volkswagen’s heritage.

The ID. Polo will be available in three trims:
Well equipped from the start with LED headlights, Digital Cockpit, large infotainment system and key driver assistance features.
Adds enhanced comfort and convenience, including adaptive cruise control, rear view camera, smartphone connectivity and wireless charging.
The most advanced specification, featuring IQ.LIGHT LED matrix headlights, premium interior materials, ambient lighting and additional comfort features such as heated seats and steering wheel.
Optional upgrades include a Harman Kardon sound system, panoramic glass roof and electrically adjustable seats with massage function.
With vehicle-to-load capability, the ID. Polo can power external devices, turning your car into a mobile energy source for everything from e-bikes to outdoor equipment.
