**Most charging stations provide under 127kW and deliver slower charging times. Charging times are also affected by other factors, such as the battery temperature, condition and starting charge, vehicle equipment running during charging, the outside temperature and other factors. Stated charging times are based on optimum charging conditions. Charging over 80% slows to protect the battery. Network provider charges apply.
Charging At Home
With the Flexible Charger, your new BMW iX1 offers convenient charging at home with speeds up to 3.7 kW. For a faster charge, the Solo 3 Smart Home Charger from our partner Pod Point offers speeds up to 7 kW or 22 kW where a three-phase power supply is available.
Charging On The Move
With BMW Charging, you can charge throughout Europe in one of the largest and constantly expanding public charging networks. This includes everything you need for public charging in the UK, with the BMW Charging Card and the charging cable (Mode 3) included as standard equipment with the iX1. You can also benefit from attractive charging tariffs.
BMW Connected Charge Services
In the vehicle or My BMW app, you can receive detailed information on charging stations or discover routes optimised for charging. Charging becomes convenient and easy.
Calls may be monitored for quality and training purposes.
