All rentals are exclusive of and subject to VAT at the rate ruling when payments fall due. This quotation is valid for period as shown above. This does not constitute an offer to enter into an agreement on these terms, or at all, and will not form part of any subsequent agreement. We reserve the right to vary the price quoted in the following circumstances:
(a) manufacturer's price increase,
(b) tax and fiscal changes,
(c) there has been a demonstrable error by Santander Consumer (UK) plc T/A Santander Consumer Contract Hire which has resulted in the wrong price being quoted for any vehicle.
The quotation is given subject to credit approval at the sole discretion of Santander Consumer (UK) plc T/A Santander Consumer Contract Hire and we may ask for a guarantor of your obligations under the agreement suitable to Santander Consumer (UK) plc T/A Santander Consumer Contract Hire.
For your information we have applied the restriction to the rental to arrive at the Effective Cost (Effective Cost being the monthly rental inclusive of the non-reclaimable VAT).

The data do not refer to an individual vehicle and are not part of the offer but serve solely for comparison purposes between different vehicle types. The values vary depending on the optional equipment selected. The specified CO₂ emissions only relate to the operation of the vehicle; CO₂ emissions that are generated or avoided through the production and provision of the vehicle and the energy source are not taken into account when calculating according to WLTP. The ranges determined according to the standard WLTP also include the measured range achieved through recuperation (energy recovery during braking). Individual driving style and behavior, speed, acceleration behavior, outside temperature, topography and the use of electric vehicles have an influence on the actual range and may reduce or even increase it under certain circumstances. Depending on driving conditions, the value may deviate from the stated value.
