If your damage is more substantial and requires body repairs then our Eastern Western Accident Repair Centre in the UK can help get your car looking nearly brand new. If you weren’t at fault
If you were in a road accident and weren’t at fault and there is an identifiable insured third party, then our accident aftercare team will be able to you recover your damaged vehicle and oversee full management on the repairs. We will liaise with your insurance company on your behalf to take away all the stress of extra paperwork. Our team will even provide a replacement vehicle on a “like for like” basis so that you can still go about your life without disruption. Should you require it, our accident aftercare team can even provide free access to legal advice from a nationwide panel of specialist solicitors.
If you were at fault
If you were at fault for an accident you can still ring us for our help and we will be able to recover your damaged vehicle, repair it, liaise with your insurance company and still provide a replacement vehicle for up to 21 days or the length of the repair, whichever is shorted.
You bought it, you taxed it and insured it and if it’s damaged in an accident only you can decide who you want to repair it.

MOT for all smart vehicles £40
Eastern Western are pleased to offer approved MOT testing to our customers for just £40. The benefit of booking your MOT with an approved smart MOT testing centre is that any repair work required to ensure the car passes its MOT can then be completed to the highest standard by a smart approved technician and using smart approved genuine parts.
Once a car has reached 3 years old it is the law that it needs a MOT test every year to ensure that the car is up to legal road standards. Our MOT testers will be at hand to help check your car’s components, including vehicle structure, exhaust emissions, seat belts, doors, mirrors, brakes, lights, wipers, washers and your windscreen.

Smart of Edinburgh have a full state-of-the-art servicing department to help test, maintain and repair personal and business customer vehicles. All of our technicians are Smart approved and trained and we pride ourselves in our high attention to detail, reliability and excellent communication skills.
Customers who take advantage of our fixed price servicing plan can enjoy four different ways to service their car;
Drop n Go:
Our Drop n Go system is ideal for customers who have somewhere else to be. You can drop off your car with us in the morning and then we will make our servicing checks or repairs during the same day so that you can pick it up on your way back to work. This means that you’re not without your smart for long.
Should you wish to have your car serviced with us quickly, you can bring it in and take advantage of our on-site facilities where free Wifi, refreshments and business facilities are available to customers to pass the time.
If you need to drive whilst your car is out of action with our servicing department, we can provide you with a fully fuelled and insured courtesy car so that there’s no disruption to your plans that day.
If our service sites are out of your way or inconvenient to your plans, you can opt to have one of our drivers to come to your home or place of work to pick up the vehicle. When we’re done with it and have made all of our usual checks and repairs, we will drop it back off to you.
