Thinking about going electric? We want you to feel completely confident behind the wheel. That’s why, with the Volkswagen ID. Promise, you get 100 days to live with your new ID. model and decide if it’s right for you.

If it’s not the perfect fit, you can simply return it.

How it works

We’re confident you’ll love your new Volkswagen ID. model. But if you decide it’s not for you, you can return your vehicle between 80 and 100 days after handover.

Once returned, you’ll receive a refund minus reasonable costs, such as:

• Any damage or modification repairs
• A 3% depreciation charge
• Ohme wall box charges (if applicable)
• Finance-related deductions

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Good to know

• Open to UK residents aged 18+
• Available on new factory orders and new stock vehicles
• Used, ex-demo, Motability and Fleet vehicles are excluded
• Customers may participate once only
• Part-exchanges are welcome — if you return the vehicle, you’ll be refunded the part-exchange value, but your original car won’t be returned
