Two Nissan dealerships in Scotland – both part of the successful and respected Eastern Western Motor Group – have undergone impressive makeovers to bring them into line with Nissan’s smart new corporate identity.

The work has been carried out at Western Nissan Edinburgh West, in Skene Place, Newbridge; and Western Nissan Fife, in Halbeath, Dunfermline.

The two dealerships now feature Nissan’s updated signage and visuals plus refreshed fixtures and fittings after a significant investment was made at each site. And plenty of positive feedback from colleagues and customers has already been received!

Nissan’s updated visuals are nothing if not striking, with the modern, flat and two-dimensional design of its new logo signifying its continuous evolution towards becoming an innovative mobility brand of the future.

The refined branding is key to the new Nissan retail experience. In partnership with its UK network, the manufacturer has worked to ensure that its dealerships represent a continuous commitment to innovation with a customer-centric approach.

Location is key

As well as looking smart on the outside, the dealerships have undergone substantial refurbishments inside to ensure that visitors feel welcome and able to explore the Nissan range in a way that suits them, while enjoying complimentary refreshments.

New CHAdeMO and CCS rapid-chargers have been installed at both sites so staff can charge LEAF and ARIYA models for service customers if required. A new Nissan Townstar van is proudly on display in the Edinburgh West showroom which is also a dedicated Van Centre.

Location is always key of course – and both dealerships scored highly here even before their refurbishments!

Western Nissan Edinburgh West is in the Scottish capital’s Luxury Car Village on the outskirts of the city and is handily placed for bus routes, motorway connections and Edinburgh Airport. Nissan Fife, adjacent to both the M90 and A92, is also in a super-convenient spot.

Andrew Oag, Nissan Franchise Director at Eastern Western Motor Group, said: ‘‘We’re delighted that these two fantastic dealerships have been brought up to date in such stylish and eye-catching way.

‘‘The new Nissan corporate identity looks great – it’s modern yet inviting. Feedback from our staff and customers has been excellent. We’ve been looking after our valued customers during the refurbishment works and we thank them for their patience and support.’’

Superb surroundings

A spokesperson for Nissan Motor GB said: ‘‘We are thrilled that these two fantastic dealerships have adopted our new corporate identity and send everyone concerned, every good wish for the future.

‘‘Nissan is a manufacturer that really is going places. Qashqai was the best-selling new car of 2022; Juke is as popular as ever; and LEAF and new ARIYA are leading our electric charge in fine style.

‘‘Our wonderful vehicles deserve to be displayed in superb surroundings; and they certainly are at these two Eastern Western dealerships in Edinburgh West and Fife.’’
