Doddie’s Grand Tour 2025 – We’re Proud to Support This Epic Challenge!
Western & Barnetts Toyota are proud to support Doddie’s Grand Tour 2025, as Rob Wainwright once again leads an incredible cycling challenge in support of the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation.
Kicking off in Dublin, the team will take on over 700 miles of tough winter riding through Scotland, finishing in Edinburgh on Saturday 8th February—just in time for Scotland v Ireland at Murrayfield!
We’ll be tracking the team every day, so follow along on our socials as we cheer them on! Let’s get behind these riders and help raise vital funds to find a cure for MND.

Day 2 of Doddie’s Grand Tour 2025!
The wheels are turning, the legs are moving, and the team is back on the road. Today, they set off from Peebles, taking on another gruelling stretch of this epic journey. Along the way, they’ll be stopping at some fantastic local rugby clubs, including Moffat RC and Stirling RC, where we’re sure they’ll receive a warm welcome!

Day 3 of Doddie’s Grand Tour 2025!
Another tough day on the road for the team, but their determination never wavers! Setting off at 5:30am in thick fog, ice, and near darkness, the riders battled through brutal conditions to keep pushing forward.
Today, they were joined by Alan Hay and James Brunton, who have tagged along with Specsavers, adding even more support to this incredible cause. After another gruelling stretch, the team has made it to Glasgow—legs may be shaky, but their spirits remain unshaken!

Day 4 – The Final Push!
What an incredible effort from the team over the past four days! We’ve loved following their journey and getting updates from the road – their determination has been nothing short of inspiring.
