Drawing from 30+ years of unrivalled operational experience in our planet’s harshest environments, the formidable Toyota Hilux AT37 is truly capable over a wide variety of terrains and conditions, with little compromise to daily drivability. Extensively re-engineered in Toyota-approved facilities to incorporate the same body, frame, drivetrain and wheel enhancements as the AT35, the AT37 features even larger 37” Mud-Terrain tyres, fully adjustable external bypass suspension and additional elevation, re-engineering and recalibration.

Built around a specially strengthened and reprofiled Hilux chassis, the AT37 combines more extensive Arctic Trucks enhancement of the frame, body, bodywork, front/rear differentials and vehicle systems than the AT35, with the addition of 37” BFGoodrich tyres, fully-adjustable Old Man Emu BP-51 external bypass performance dampers, upgraded springs, anti-roll adjustment, heavier duty OME rear leaf springs (elevation: +40mm front and rear), greaseable extended OME shackles and 20mm body lift all-round.
Measuring almost 2m high and over 2m wide, thanks to its signature Arctic Trucks bodywork, the Hilux AT37 creates a truly formidable impression everywhere it travels, which is more than just skin deep. Class-leading off-road ground clearance, comfort, control and mobility are matched with increased visibility in normal traffic, confidence-inspiring on-road handling and remarkable daily drivability. This deliberate and finely tuned balance of attributes creates a tremendously versatile vehicle capable of navigating the most arduous off-road conditions, as well as the city streets and (most) underground carparks of the urban jungle. Each Hilux AT37 is individually constructed by experienced Arctic Trucks technicians to ensure Toyota showroom quality and full warranty alignment.

The new LC250 AT37 marks the latest chapter in Arctic Trucks’ long association with the legendary Toyota Land Cruiser, which remains integral to our unparalleled tally of world records and firsts in earth’s most extreme environments. Developed by Arctic Trucks’ Icelandic and UK teams, together with CFAO Toyota Africa, the Land Cruiser 250 AT37 combines Iceland’s deep off-road vehicle heritage with cutting-edge expertise from the UK’s ‘Motorsport Valley®’, a global hub of high-performance automotive design and development.
The Land Cruiser 250 AT37 is a completely re-engineered yet perfectly daily drivable high-mobility vehicle that commands attention wherever it travels. Balancing ample bodywork, wheel/tyre and ground clearances with low centre of gravity, the AT37 significantly enhances the original platform’s frame, body, suspension, drivetrain and more; enabling it to tackle the most mundane or exceptional journeys. The expedition proven 37” BFGoodrich tyres the AT37 is named after and built around are mounted to retro-inspired Arctic Trucks ‘Heritage’ forged alloy wheels, offering better strength to weight and featuring a unique dual-valve design for greater flexibility to monitor and modulate pressures. Developed with Dakar-winning specialists, R53, the AT37’s 3-way adjustable suspension works in synergy with its larger tyres, wider track and extended wheelbase to deliver comfortable, composed and direct on-road handling, while allowing it to venture with ease where others can’t.
Inspired by Arctic Trucks' extreme expedition vehicles, the signature widebody flares incorporate a tyre pressure guide / central tyre inflation system recess, and create coverage, clearance and an unmistakable appearance. Contoured and strengthened AT mud guards integrate seamlessly with the enlarged bodywork, providing ample protection during off-grid adventures. Modular extended side steps are complemented by distinctive Arctic Trucks badging and detailing throughout the exterior and interior, and the discrete 2” multifunction rear receiver hitch enables quick, easy fitment of tow balls, winches, steps, seats, gear carriers, barbeques and much more.

Premium Arctic Trucks and AT33 badging and detailing throughout is combined with durable extended Arctic Trucks side steps, enlarged mud guards, interior mats and a versatile 2” rear receiver hitch, which enables quick and easy fitment of multitude of attachments and accessories (i.e. tow balls, winches, steps, gear carriers and much more).
