Initial Rental: £1,705.46 (including VAT). This is payable to us via direct debit within fourteen (14) days after the date of delivery of the vehicle, and you will be charged during this period.

Monthly Rentals: £284.24 (including VAT). The monthly rentals are payable each month by direct debit starting one (1) month after the date of delivery of the vehicle and for the duration of the hire. This means you must pay 35 of them.

If the agreement ends early, you must pay (a) all arrears and other sums due together with interest, (b) any excess mileage charges calculated in accordance with clause 12, (c) our costs (or estimated costs) of putting the vehicle back into a good condition, (d) liquidated damages and/or compensation of the remaining monthly rentals subject to a discretionary discount of up to fifty percent (50%) for accelerated payment and early return of the vehicle and (e) (in certain cases) our costs of repossession, storage, insuring and/or selling the vehicle.

Variation of Rentals: We may change the amount of your monthly rentals if there is any increase in the amount of VAT, or any change to any other fees or charges payable to the Government.

Duration of hire: 36 months from and including the date the vehicle is delivered to you.
