On Saturday 13 June, Western Mercedes-Benz proudly welcomed a group of Mercedes-AMG owners and enthusiasts for our second large-scale Experience AMG event - an exclusive driving experience designed to celebrate the performance, craftsmanship and emotion that define the Mercedes-AMG brand.
Months of careful planning culminated in a day that showcased not only the exceptional capabilities of our latest Mercedes-AMG models but also the unforgettable experiences that can only be created when passionate people come together.
The carefully curated route guided guests through some of Scotland's most breathtaking landscapes, with every stage designed to immerse drivers in the unmistakable character of AMG. Along the way, guests enjoyed exclusive moments, thoughtfully woven into the itinerary to create memorable surprises and elevate the overall experience.
A highlight of the journey was an exclusive stop at the magnificent Thirlestane Castle, offering the perfect backdrop for our collection of Mercedes-AMG vehicles. The convoy then continued east to the beautiful Archerfield Walled Garden in East Lothian, where guests enjoyed a relaxed dining experience and the opportunity to reflect on the day's drive with fellow enthusiasts.
Beyond the stunning locations and exhilarating roads, the event was about creating meaningful connections. Bringing together like-minded AMG owners allowed conversations, shared passions and lasting memories to develop naturally throughout the day.
The response from our guests has been overwhelmingly positive. Seeing the excitement and enthusiasm as the experience unfolded was incredibly rewarding for everyone involved.

An unforgettable Experience AMG Event – highly recommended!
I’ve just returned from the Western Mercedes of Edinburgh’s Experience AMG Event and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organised. We were treated to a fantastic day driving some incredible AMG machines through the stunning Scottish Borders. I had the pleasure of driving an SL 63, an E 53, and the absolutely brutal AMG GT 63 S – each one a real thrill on the fantastic routes they had planned.
The day ran smoothly from 9am to 4pm, with excellent stops along the way including a superb lunch at Archerfield Walled Garden. The refreshments and food provided were first-class, and the whole atmosphere was relaxed yet professional.
The team at Western Mercedes really looked after us, and the support vehicles and organisation were spot on. It was the perfect way to experience these phenomenal cars in beautiful surroundings.
If you’re considering an AMG Experience event, look no further - this was genuinely one of the best customer events I’ve ever attended.

My sincere thanks to everyone involved in delivering the outstanding AMG Experience Event hosted by Western Mercedes-Benz Edinburgh yesterday.
From the meticulous planning and flawless logistics to the spectacular driving routes, exceptional venues and incredible AMG vehicle line-up, every aspect of the event reflected the highest standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
Events of this scale require an enormous amount of preparation, coordination and teamwork behind the scenes, and it was clear throughout the day that a tremendous amount of effort had gone into creating such a memorable experience for customers and enthusiasts alike. The result was a seamless, engaging and highly successful event that showcased both the AMG brand and the passion of those involved.
A special thank you to Usman, Joseph, Amy, Marie, Andy and the many others who contributed to making the day such a success. Your enthusiasm, expertise and hospitality were evident throughout and helped create an experience that will be remembered long after the engines have fallen silent.
