Honda to Introduce New ‘H Mark’ for Future EV and Hybrid Models

Honda has announced it will adopt a refreshed version of its iconic ‘H mark’ as the new symbol of its automobile business, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to innovation, electrification and intelligent technologies.

The new H mark will begin appearing on Honda’s next-generation vehicles from 2027, including future electric vehicles (EVs) and major hybrid-electric (HEV) models. Beyond new models, the updated emblem will be rolled out gradually across other areas of Honda’s business, including dealership locations, communications activity and automobile motorsport.

Designed to reflect Honda’s approach to a rapidly transforming automotive landscape, the refreshed H mark represents the brand’s ambition to continue delivering new value to customers while expanding the possibilities of mobility.

First introduced in 1963, the H mark has evolved through several design changes over the decades. The latest iteration was initially revealed to mark the arrival of Honda’s next-generation EVs, including the Honda 0 Series. Its design symbolises two outstretched hands, expressing Honda’s desire to support people’s mobility needs and enhance everyday life through advanced technologies.

For customers at Western & Barnetts Honda, the new H mark signals an exciting future for the brand, as Honda continues to invest in electrified and intelligent vehicles that combine innovation with the quality, reliability and performance the company is known for.
