We were delighted to be awarded the Mercedes-Benz Cars UK Customer Services Team of the Year for 2021 recently. This award recognises all aspects of Customer Service and specifically in the areas of Service and Parts. Our team were recognised for their achievements across a range of measures and KPIs set by Mercedes-Benz. "We have always aimed to put our customers at the centre of everything we do and I am delighted for our team to receive this award and recognition" said Graham Affleck, Market Area Director. Mercedes-Benz of Edinburgh & Coldstream previously won the Customer Services Team of the Year award in 2014 and 2017, together with the Workshop Team of the Year in 2019
