Breakdown support for customers with hearing impairments is provided via the following email address: hls.gbr@cac.mercedes-benz.com

Please include the following data so that we can provide support as quickly as possible: Vehicle details (VIN and License Plate), Owner/company details, description of the problem and location of the breakdown. The Mercedes-Benz Service 24h colleagues will contact you if further details are required.

‘Whether it’s a technical breakdown, an accident or minor mishap like a lost car key, your MobiloVan[b] warranty covers the costs of my work as a Mercedes-Benz Service24h Technician. It also includes other services, such as towing, a replacement vehicle, a taxi and even a hotel.

In most cases, I can get your vehicle ready to go right where your breakdown happened, fixing it on the spot so you can continue your business journey straight away. You don’t pay extra for this service because Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan is included from the outset[b].’

[b]The current version of Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan is valid for the Sprinter, Vito and Citan models. MobiloVan initially applies to all vehicles first registered from 1 October 2012 for 3 years without service requirements and the technical breakdown and Minor mishaps breakdown cover is then renewed from service to service at a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer for up to 30 years.

Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan[c] offers more than standard breakdown cover. If something goes wrong, you’ll be supported by trained Mercedes-Benz technicians who understand your van inside and out. Every repair is managed by a dedicated support team, and where workshop work is required, it’s carried out by an authorised repairer using only Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts.

Services included in Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan:

Travel costs:

For travel to and from the breakdown location by the Mercedes-Benz Service24h Technician.

Van roadside assistance:

On-the-spot help with minor repairs up to £132 incl. VAT (additional material costs for tyres, batteries, keys, fuels, lubricants and consumables are not covered).[d]

Towing:

Free of charge to the nearest Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.

Taxi/Ride service/Public transport:

Up to a maximum amount, in the event of a breakdown or during workshop visits.

Vehicle delivery service:
Within a 30-mile radius of your Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.

Courtesy vehicle:

For the duration of the repair, up to three working days[e].

Flight/Train/Bus:
Round-trip travel for you and your passengers, up to a maximum amount per person.

Hotel accommodation including breakfast:

For the duration of the repair, up to three working days, and up to a maximum amount per person for you and your passengers.

[d]Other material costs for tyres, batteries, keys as well as fuel and consumables are excluded from the assumption of costs. [e]The conditions are based on standard market conditions, such as the excess for rental cars. The type of courtesy vehicle is subject to availability. Other costs such as fuel, etc. are not covered.
